Eligible Entities
The Final Beneficiaries shall be one of the following
SMEs & Mid-Caps
We provide financing to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), Small Mid-Caps, and Mid-Caps. We support businesses ready to scale their impact in the real estate and tourism sectors.
Infrastructure Projects
We fund special purpose vehicles and projects requiring long-term capital for the construction or development of physical assets.
Essential Requirements
To qualify for Aexx Impact financing, your company or project must meet these core criteria:
Location
You must be legally present and actively carrying out business activities in Spain.
Financial Health
The entity must be solvent; we cannot fund companies subject to collective insolvency or exclusion situations.
EU Compliance
Beneficiaries must comply with the EU Commission Notice on State Aid (Article 107 in Regulation (EU) 2015/1017 of the European Parliament and the Council of the 25/06/2015).
