We offer a range of solutions including Long-Term Loans (up to 20 or 30 years) and Equity Investments (up to 15 years).

Affordable and social housing, urban regeneration and development (e.g., public building rehabilitation and infrastructure) and social and private health care infrastructure.

Creation, renovation, modernization of accommodation (hotels, glampings, etc.), upgrading tourism infrastructure (sports facilities, leisure parks), and digitalization and support for local non-touristic activities.
