No consideration of principal adverse sustainability impacts

AEXX Impact does not consider or calculate the principal adverse impacts of its investment decisions on sustainability factors in its initial phase, in accordance with Article 4(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (SFDR). Given its small size and recent incorporation, the company focuses its initial efforts on building a sustainable portfolio and meeting the requirements for integrating sustainability risks into its internal controls. However, AEXX Impact expects to consider principal adverse impacts in the medium term.
